پرچی — مکمل شرائط و ضوابط، صارف معاہدہ اور پرائیویسی پالیسی
This document is a legally binding agreement between the User and Parchi (Sole Proprietor).
The English version shall prevail and be legally enforceable.
The Urdu version is provided for convenience only.
یہ دستاویز صارف اور پرچی (واحد مالک) کے درمیان ایک قانونی معاہدہ ہے۔
کسی بھی تضاد کی صورت میں انگریزی متن کو قانونی فوقیت حاصل ہوگی۔

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you electronically accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
A valid phone number is mandatory. Email is optional.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information and account security.
Parchi provides record-keeping services only.
It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice and does not replace a professional accountant.
The App uses AI, analytics, and voice commands in Urdu and English.
AI-generated insights, reminders, or suggestions are informational only and may be inaccurate.
Users must independently verify all outputs.
Automated reminders are facilitative tools only.
Parchi does not guarantee recovery of credit and is not responsible for disputes, losses, or relationship impacts.
Users are solely responsible for:
Users retain ownership of their data.
By using the App, Users grant Parchi a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, analyze, anonymize, and use data for operations, improvements, analytics, AI training, and lawful business purposes.
No system is completely secure.
Parchi is not liable for data loss, corruption, unauthorized access, downtime, hacking, or device compromise.
All rights, title, and interest in the App — including the name Parchi, logos, trademarks, branding, UI/UX, source code, object code, databases, algorithms, AI models, content, documentation, and business philosophy — are exclusively owned by Parchi.
Protected under the Pakistan Copyright Ordinance, 1962 and international conventions.
No rights are transferred to Users except a limited, revocable license.
Users must not:
The App may be offered as a free or trial version with limited functionality.
Features and pricing may change at any time without prior notice.
Parchi may suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parchi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parchi from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.
Parchi shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved internally.
If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Lahore under the Arbitration Act, 1940.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement and may be amended at any time without prior notice.
The English version shall prevail.

“ایپ” سے مراد پرچی موبائل ایپ ہے۔
“صارف” ہر وہ فرد یا کاروبار ہے جو ایپ استعمال کرے۔
“مالک” پرچی کا واحد مالک ہے۔
ایپ انسٹال یا استعمال کرنے سے آپ ان شرائط کو الیکٹرانک طور پر قبول کرتے ہیں۔
صارف کی عمر کم از کم 18 سال ہونی چاہیے۔
فون نمبر لازمی ہے جبکہ ای میل اختیاری ہے۔
اکاؤنٹ کی حفاظت صارف کی ذمہ داری ہے۔
پرچی صرف ریکارڈ رکھنے کی سہولت فراہم کرتی ہے اور کسی قسم کا اکاؤنٹنگ، ٹیکس یا قانونی مشورہ فراہم نہیں کرتی۔
مصنوعی ذہانت (AI) پر مبنی تجزیہ اور یاد دہانیاں صرف معلوماتی ہیں اور غلط ہو سکتی ہیں۔
تمام نتائج کی تصدیق صارف کی ذمہ داری ہے۔
ادائیگی یاد دہانیاں سہولت کے لیے ہیں اور وصولی کی ضمانت نہیں دیتیں۔
ڈیٹا کی درستگی، قانونی پابندی، فیصلے اور عملے کے اقدامات کی مکمل ذمہ داری صارف پر ہوگی۔
ڈیٹا صارف کی ملکیت ہے، تاہم صارف پرچی کو ڈیٹا استعمال کرنے کی اجازت دیتا ہے۔
ڈیجیٹل نظام میں مکمل تحفظ ممکن نہیں۔
پرچی کسی نقصان کی ذمہ دار نہیں۔
ایپ کا نام، لوگو، کوڈ، الگورتھمز، AI ماڈلز، مواد اور فلسفہ پرچی کی ملکیت ہیں۔
غیر قانونی استعمال، غلط اندراج، یا ایپ کی نقل ممنوع ہے۔
آزمائشی فیچرز محدود ہو سکتے ہیں اور قیمتیں بغیر اطلاع تبدیل ہو سکتی ہیں۔
پرچی کسی بھی وقت اکاؤنٹ معطل یا ختم کر سکتی ہے۔
ایپ “جیسی ہے” بنیاد پر فراہم کی جاتی ہے۔
پرچی کسی بھی مالی یا کاروباری نقصان کی ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگی۔
غلط استعمال کی صورت میں صارف پرچی کو نقصان سے محفوظ رکھے گا۔
قدرتی آفات یا حکومتی اقدامات پر پرچی ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگی۔
تنازعات پاکستان کے قانون کے تحت لاہور میں ثالثی کے ذریعے حل ہوں گے۔
یہ دستاویز مکمل معاہدہ ہے اور کسی بھی وقت تبدیل ہو سکتی ہے۔
قانونی حیثیت انگریزی متن کو حاصل ہوگی۔
